YourHealthLibrary.com came about as a result of our own problems associated with allergies.  We were constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of our lives.  We realised that an integral part of this, was to be actively involved in the process. We also came to realise that it is not only necessary to treat the symptoms of a condition, but ultimately, to look at what might be the underlying cause.  This set us on the pathway to educate ourselves with as much information as we could possibly find!

We are keen to pass on the knowledge that we have learned along the way about common conditions that affect the lives of millions of individuals.  Our aim is to empower people to take an active role in promoting their own good health
